Holly Hill Farm’s educational farm programs offer children the opportunity to fully experience life on the farm! Designed by certified teacher and farm owner, Katie Denne, these exclusive programs are individually catered to the children enrolled: aiding to develop their sense of self, life and social skills, agricultural and environmental awareness and physical abilities.

Tot Farming Program (0-5 years):

This popular fun & educational farm program is the place to be! Tot’s aged 0-5 & their caregiver get to explore the barnyard, snuggle animals, enjoy a tractor ride, and help groom and feed the friendly farm animals! We also gather for Circle Time where we play games, read stories and more! This is the most economical way to visit the farm with your little one, and it is seriously SO GREAT! Caregiver attendance is mandatory, and all caregivers are welcome! Ages: 0-5 + one adult

  • When: Mondays, April 17th-June 26th 9:00-10:00am (11 weeks)
  • Monday Cost: $187+GST (caregiver & tot)
  • Plus $55.00 for any additional walking children
  • When: Tuesdays, April 11th-June 27th 9:00-10:00 OR 10:15-11:15 (12 weeks)
  • Tuesday Cost: $204+GST (caregiver & tot)
  • Plus $60 for any additional walking children

AniMal Husbandry 101 (6-13yrs):

We all want our children to have less screen time, more fresh air, and experience a rich childhood more in line with those of the past; and Holly Hill Farm is here to help! Our ‘Animal Husbandry 101’ program welcomes children to bond & learn about horses and a variety of friendly barnyard animals, as well as enjoy group games, ziplining through the trees, exploratory free play, petting farm fun, and more! They are able to delight in all the farm has to offer: while building mindfulness, emotional regulation and social fluency without even realizing it! So much fun is had exploring the acreage and enjoying seasonal activities like hunting for frog eggs, gardening, tractor rides, and observing sheep shearing! Ages: 6-13
